Aspen Expands Operations, Sales/Marketing to Foster Company Growth

(San Antonio, TX) August 30, 2010—Aspen Beverage Group Names Kendall Hancock as Operations Assistant and Candice Bristow as Inside Sales & Marketing/Assistant to CEO Chad McNair.

Mr. Hancock brings over 15 years of demonstrated success in industrial maintenance and construction, and commercial cleaning; he also has experience in project planning, oversight, and execution.

“Kendall brings a broad variety of skills and experiences to Aspen Beverage which will be very helpful in our expanding plant operations.  Everyone in a small business has to wear a lot of hats and it’s a blessing to find a guy like Kendall that is comfortable wearing a bunch of them.  As we continue to grow, the efficient use of existing production space and capacity becomes very important and we are pleased to have Kendall on board to help bring creativity and energy to this effort,” explains CEO Chad McNair of Aspen Beverage Group.

Most recently, Mr. Hancock has been serving as a missionary and Vice President of Zemba Children’s Foundation. Zemba is a non-profit organization that is providing a place of refuge and shelter for the orphaned, rehabilitation for the physically and mentally handicapped, and nutrition for the malnourished children of Uganda.

Mrs. Bristow brings over 3 years of demonstrated success in vendor relations, expedition of time critical parts, and inter-departmental communications. In this role, Mrs. Bristow will work with customers to answer questions, send out samples, and receive order requests, while coordinating with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Candice will help with the promotion of upcoming new products, shows, and providing new company information. She will also be working as an assistant to McNair by providing a high-level of administrative support.

“Candice is filling a critical role at Aspen Beverage as our primary contact for inside sales and customer support.  Our customer base has continued to grow and become more diverse - keeping up with this rapidly expanding list of business relationships is a big job.  Candice brings a great set of skills and experience that will help Aspen to continue to provide an outstanding level of communication, coordination, and service,” explains McNair.

Most recently, Mrs. Bristow was a Purchasing Agent with L. H. Thomson Company, where she worked with suppliers, sub-contractors, and other departments within the company to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft and bicycle parts. She spent her prior years working in the restaurant and catering industry and has a passion for the food and beverage business.

Candice received her undergraduate degree in Business Management and Information Technology from Macon State College in Georgia. "I am very excited to start my career with Aspen Beverage Group. I have long loved the food and beverage industry and I am very anxious to use my knowledge and skills as an asset with Aspen,“ states Mrs. Bristow. Candice has been married to her husband Ben for the last 7 years. Ben serves in the USAF; he was transferred to Lackland AFB from Robins AFB (Warner Robins, GA), where he will be an instructor for a new tech-school program at Lackland.
