Each of these versatile extracts produces frozen drinks in granita machines or blenders. They can also be used as pump-in additives to existing shake programs, or they can be added to milk to create liquid cappuccinos.

Original Cappuccino ICER
This extract contains hints of both chocolate and vanilla over a great espresso backbone. When used in conjunction with our Vanilla Smoothie Base, this extract produces what many agree is the best frozen coffee drink they have ever experienced.

Unsweetened Straight Espresso Cappuccino ICER
This extract contains pure espresso extract with no additional flavoring. It is recommended as an additive to an existing shake program or as a blend-in for ice cream.

French Roast Cappuccino ICER
This double extract is derived from a dark-roasted coffee and amply sweetened. Specifically designed to be mixed with milk and frozen.

Premium Roast Cappuccino ICER
This double extract is derived from a dark roasted coffee, sweetened and flavored with chocolate, vanilla and caramel. It is designed to mix with milk and serve as a cold cappuccino.

Liquid Frozen Drink Extracts Function

Blender Mixing Instructions: Single Serving
Pour 4 oz. of water and 2 oz. of Cappuccino ICER extract into a blender bowl.
Add ¼ cup (1.2 oz.) of Smoothie Base and 7-8 oz. of ice.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve in a 16 oz. cup.

Granita or Slush Machine Mixing Instructions:Batch Mix
In a sanitized 4-5 gallon container, add 3 lb. bag of Smoothie Base to 8 quarts of water.
Whip with a wire whip until dissolved.
YIELD: 9 quarts of Liquid Smoothie Base.
To this add ½ gallon of Cappuccino ICER extract and stir well.
Pour into a granita or slush machine and freeze according to equipment directions.

Alternative recipe: Add ½ gallon of Cappuccino ICER to two gallons of milk. Stir well and pour into a granita or slush machine and freeze.
