Vanilla Non-Dairy Smoothie Cream Base
This versatile base produces frozen drinks in granita machines or blenders. Designed to serve as a base for our Cappuccino ICER extracts, the Vanilla Smoothie Base creates a homogeneous, creamy frozen drink that is simply delicious. This product is compatible with any of our Cappuccino ICER extracts and many other flavorings.

Mocha Non-Dairy Smoothie Cream Base
This product is similar to the Vanilla Smoothie Base, but possesses a rich mocha undertone. It also is compatible with our Cappuccino ICER extracts. Mocha Smoothie Base is a great product for satisfying the desires of those consumers who love chocolate!

Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie Crème Base
This product reminds the consumer of the healthful benefits of yogurt while providing a rich frozen drink. As with our other bases, it goes great with our Cappuccino ICER extracts or other flavorings.

Smoothie Base Function

Blender Mixing Instructions: Single Serving
Pour 4 oz. of water and 2 oz. of flavor of choice (such as Cappuccino ICER extracts) into a blender bowl.
Add 1/4 cup (1.2 oz) of Smoothie Base and 7-8 oz. of ice.
Blend until creamy and smooth—serve in a 16 oz. cup.

Blender Mixing Instructions: Batch Mix
Measure 4 cups of water into the blender bowl.
Add 2 cups of Smoothie Base.
Blend until smooth.
Store refrigerated in a sanitized container.
Yield: 5 cups of Liquid Smoothie Base.

The liquid base can then be used to create a 16 oz blender drink in the following manner:
Pour 5 oz of Liquid Smoothie Base into blender bowl.
Add 2 oz of flavor of choice (such as Cappuccino ICER) and 7-8 oz. of ice.
Blend until creamy and smooth—serve in a 16 oz. cup.

Granita or Slush Machine Mixing Instructions: Batch Mix
In a sanitized 4-5 gallon container, add contents of 3 lb bag to 8 quarts of water.
Whip with a wire whip until dissolved.
YIELD: 9 quarts of Liquid Smoothie Base.
To this add ½ gallon of Cappuccino ICER extract and stir well.
Pour into a granita or slush machine and freeze down.

Smoothie Base Specifications

Each case of Smoothie Base holds six 3 lb bags of product for a net product weight per case of 18 lbs. The following chart shows the projected yields:
