Storage and Handling

Coffee beans continue to “breath” for several days after roasting. Our airtight bags have a one-way purge valve that allows the coffee to “exhale” without letting damaging oxygen back into the bag.
After each use, close the bag tightly or transfer the beans to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
If storing more than two weeks, place coffee in a sealed container and store in the freezer.
